FAQs
We understand that choosing the right daycare for your dog is important. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our services, facilities, and requirements. If you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—our team is always happy to help.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Do you offer half-day and full-day sessions?
Yes, we offer both half-day and full-day daycare options to suit your needs.
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be up to date with DHP and Leptospirosis (Lepto) vaccinations.
Do dogs need to be neutered or spayed?
-
Females do not need to be spayed; however, they must be at least 7 days clear of their season (bleeding) and bathed before returning to daycare.
-
Males may attend daycare up to one year of age without being neutered. After this, they must be neutered, although we also accept dogs that have undergone chemical castration.
What age do you accept dogs from?
We accept puppies from 10 weeks old, provided they are fully vaccinated.
What facilities do you offer?
Our daycare includes a large indoor play area, an AstroTurf garden, and a courtyard, as well as two quiet areas where dogs can rest and enjoy their meals.
How can I see what my dog does during daycare?
We regularly share photos and videos of daily activities on our active Facebook page, so you can keep up with your dog’s day.
What happens if my dog becomes unwell during their visit?
If your dog becomes unwell, all staff are trained in canine first aid and will provide appropriate care. A member of our team will contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will call the dog's emergency contact to devise a plan.
What does a free trial involve?
During the free trial, your dog will be supervised by a dedicated team member for one hour. We will gradually introduce them to other dogs at a pace that suits their comfort level, allowing us to assess their behaviour and determine the best approach for their settling-in period.
